Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Diamond Vault, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.

2. Return Period

You can return any item purchased from The Diamond Vault within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned beyond this period will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all the tags intact, original documents, certificates, and any complimentary items received with it.

4. Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been modified, altered, resized, or damaged in any way post-delivery
  • Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded)

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support at info@thediamondvault.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide you with a pre-paid, insured return shipping label.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thediamondvault.com.

8. Shipping

To return your product, follow the instructions provided in the return approval email. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

9. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thediamondvault.com.

We reserve the right to modify this return & refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
